Kaarel is a lively and positive guy. He is very creative and enjoys taking the responsibility to deliver awesome mixes both in live and studio. Because of his work in many genres and having composed, produced and arranged music for bands and classical orchestra, he understands the artist´s vantage point. Kaarel´s mixes always have a personalized touch, because they are personal.
Kaarel won two awards for best live mixing engineer and best studio mixing engineer in Estonia in 2024. In 2019 he won the Estonian award for best studio mixing and recording engineer. His recordings and mixes have won numerous awards including: Estonian Album of the year 2018, Estonian Rock album of the year (2018, 2020).
KAUR KENK
Mixing engineer / Project manager
Kaur is always up to a good challenge and interesting projects. Probably you will never hear him saying “Not possible!”, you might hear a brief silence and after that solutions. He enjoys when a plan comes together and if it ever should fail, he will stay calm and find alternative ways to go. He has been working tightly in the Folk, Jazz and Pop music scene and travelling around the world with different artists. .

Karl-Elias Teder is a passionate sound engineer and project manager. He is enthusiastic about anything related to sound, from speaker systems to mixing. He enjoys working with various genres of music.
He is one of the driving forces behind Sonorus and is happy to help you with the technical organization of your concerts and music festivals.
Sten Türk

Sten is our youngest employee, working as a mixing engineer while simultaneously spending time in the studio recording and mixing. He thrives on problem-solving and bringing creative solutions to any project. Sten is always eager to learn and grow in his field. With experience across different genres, he delivers results that align with the artist’s vision. Calm and focused, he ensures the process runs smoothly from start to finish.
